This is a request for better lane guidance at this point on 4th St. Perhaps adding those vertical street cones to control entry points. Here is what I witness:

Challenges

1) Cars enter turn lane for 3 different exit points

2) Shared turn lane with south and north traffic. Cars end up head on and in stale mate, often blocking views to see on coming traffic to turn

3) Cars attempting to exit 74th and go South on 4th have to enter into south turn lane for safety, joining traffic from point 1. Basically, they have to monitor 5 scenarios from both north and south bound traffic

4) Cars attempting to u-turn from 4th St South onto 4th St N back up cars wanting to turn left on 74th and those continuing to Emerald Point. Cars entering point 1 have to slam on brakes for these u-turners.

5) Cars attempting to turn left from 4th St South onto 74th back up cars wanting to continue to Emerald Point

6) Cars exiting Emerald Point usually coming out fast and often into far left lane of 4th St N, adding to the cluster at 74th and 4th.

The recycling truck did not come by today for anyone on our street. most of us have full bins. Can we have the truck come by this week?

Noticing that the flooding is even worse than last year on our street. The water levels are getting close to the homes of my adjacent neighbors. There are 2 drains in front of my house and they struggle to handle a normal rain storm.

Entering from 4th St onto 74th Ave N, street parking is allowed on the south side of the road. Unfortunately, cars can park all the way up to the main road. If the cars on the corner are large, they completely block ones view when entering 74th while traveling north on 4th. This is dangerous.

Could we add a 'No parking from here to road' (4th) on this corner?

An the junction of 110th and MLK, especially during Rush Hour, the median between North Bound and South Bound is very dangerous. Too many cars entering, leaving and crossing over, all without the guidance of street markings.

Cars leaving 110th crossing over to Walgreens or heading South on MLK cannot tell if cars are about to turn left onto 100th from the SB lane. The shared median area is way to dangerous and cars are not patient there.

Could lines or the concrete guides (like those by Publix and Jabil) be placed?

I think that cars exiting 110th should not be able to drive straight across into Walgreens,

Last year, the City filled in pot holes in the alley. The asphalt has already washed away. Could we please have the holes refilled?

I am a resident of Village Lake Condos and live adjacent to 110th Ave N. I would like to report excessive speeding down this road. Cars and trucks use it as a pass between 9th and 4th without regard to the residents. I hear cars and trucks zooming on-wards of 50+ MPH at times. I would like to request a traffic calming solution of sorts.

The apartments behind us keep dumping furniture and items in the alley. Currently, there is a couch and trash thrown on the ground by the trash cans. Appreciate assistance with this clean up.

Behind each 527 and 537 90th Ave N, someone has dumped furniture for disposal, including a coach and tables. Please assist with the removal.

Furniture and junk dumped in alley behind 527 and the next two houses west.

In the alley behind 527 and 537 are brush and doors that need picked up please.

As an ongoing issue, in the alley behind our house, unknown citizens are dumping trash and furniture next to the trash cans.
