all the lights in round Lake Park are on during the day

this house has a thick layer of leaves all over the sidewalk is generally unkempt fences in poor shape with broken fencing is that house for the next to it. it's a rental house that has no general upkeep.

bushes are overhanging the sidewalk where you can barely walk by because the bushes are not being trim back

this garbage has been sitting outside in the driveway of this house a few feet from the sidewalk for about a month now.

this new set of townhouses always have water leaking on the sidewalk near the meters. I don't know whether this is after it goes to the water meter or before it comes to the water meter but it's something the city or should have someone look into.

this has been the location of this address's trash cans for 3 or 4 days now. back to the old ways.

a street light at this corner is heavily blocking by low tree branches that make the streetlight almost pointless. It is very difficult to see while walking on the sidewalks due to the darkness. There are many other locations in this neighborhood that have street lights blocked by trees. some are on 7th St between 6th Ave N and Earl Ave N.

starting at 12th Avenue North and 1st Street North on the northwest corner and then five lights or even 6 lights South of that location the street lights are off and on during the day they seem to go on and off as a group as I'm sitting here they were on and then they just went off you've reported before that you fix this problem but it clearly has not been fixed.

large tree branch blocking big portion of sidewalk and low hanging trees hit you in the face as you bike by in the street

A light at this location and 4 additional lights to the south have been on during the day. One day I was looking at them to see for sure if they were on during the day, and they all the sudden went off. Then a subsequent day, they were on during the day again. Duke Energy says they are not their lights. I had thought you worked out a deal where the city and Duke Energy communicate about these things so they are reported one time, but instead Duke called me to tell me these are not their lights (even though I believe they are on their website map).

houses has no yard maintenance of cutting the grass or trimming bushes

boat still permanently parked on the street probably around 2 years now. It has been reported to the police many times to the city many times spoke to the city and they were more concerned with why I was reporting it (it's great when that's the response, why do you even care?) than doing something about it. is this a City Employee's boat is in a police officer's bone or what it just seems strange that there is no action. I have never been told that it's legal to permanently park a boat on the street. at least it does have a license plate on it now.

bus stop structure has lots of pants/weeds growing on its roof.

lights are on in the park during the day. Obviously the sensor that turns the lights off is broken. seems to happen more often than you would think makes sense. Maybe better equipment, higher quality needs to be purchased?

sewer cover terribly out of place

water pipe seems to be leaking here. The sidewalk is always wet.

i am a neighbor. a paralyzed wheelchair-bound child lives at this location. They prefer to park their car in front so they can load her in and out of the wheelchair into the car. Would it be possible to have it marked as a handicap spot so others don't park there?
