sidewalk almost completely blocked by vegetation

as these stores have gotten busier cars are starting to park down the street leaving the end of their cars out into the roadway. there is no lines and no no parking signs that instruct people how they are supposed to park in this area.

I reported that the trash cans have not been picked up in Millennium youth playground twice and both times it was reported back that the issue was closed. the second time it was reported that the trash cans had been picked up two or three times during period, But that is not correct as I go to that Park every day and no trash has been picked up. who do you hold accountable for things that are not being done when they say they're being done?

it appears someone is giving someone bad information. I have reported the trash cans in the park have not been empty. It twice has been closed and no trash has been picked up. it was even reported that the trash was picked up three times, But that is not correct. I don't know whether someone's lying to someone or what but I think the city needs to keep an eye on the parks department at some level.

starting from the sculpture in the South end of Vinoy Park all the way up through North shore Park to Flora Wylie Park area mostly along the path on the water there are 21 acorn style streetlights out. I put yellow caution tape around each Pole. two of the lights are on the path in Flora Wylie Park going from North shore drive and 15th avenue Northeast towards the bay. also along that path there's many trees that need to be trimmed because they are extremely low hanging.

I reported this earlier. trash has not been picked up but it was closed as handled. Not sure what handled means. just because trash cans are not overflowing doesn't mean the trash doesn't need to be picked up.

it is time for a general tree trimming in the park, branches are low in some areas and it would be nice to have the canopy raised as is done periodically. also walkways have bushes overhanging and some areas the sidewalks are getting blocked. in the Southeast corner of the park one of the lamps is partially blocked by many tree branches.

lights are on in the park in the evening when there is still full sunlight out. this seems to be a frequent problem. either the timer needs adjusting or there's a bad sensors. if it's a bad sensor they seem to go back rather often. in this case, perhaps the city should invest in some better sensors.

large plant trunk blocking sidewalk.

not sure if this is something reportable but it's just an annoyance for neighbors who try to maintain their property in the correct way. The lawn person at this property blew all the leaves from the sidewalk, walkway and property into the street. Of course they will only blow into other people's yards or back onto the same property or go down the drain. I asked the lawn guy as he was leaving is that how you do your job just blow it all into the street and he smugly said yes. Unfortunately his truck had no name of his business on it.

this has been reported before but nothing seems to be happening. can barely get by on the sidewalk due to vegetation overgrowth.

trailer hitch sticking out into side walk. dangerous at night. can this be parked here permanently? trailer has been there unmoved for months.

there is about five snipe signs from College Hunks Hauling Junk all along 1st St North in the Old Northeast starting at about 7th avenue North going up to about 18th avenue North.
