From Bike/Pedestrian Coordinator: there are some bricks missing from the roadway in the vicinity of the west side of the street across from 1025 3rd St N - this may be causing a hazard for cyclists.

The resident at 6337 6th Ave S is requesting a crew from Stormwater to clear the overgrown vegetation growing along Bear Creek behind their property as well as behind the abandoned property just to the west, 6351 6th Ave S.

Tall vehicles/trucks traveling eastbound on Mirror Lake Dr N just north of the courthouse (along the north side of the park with the red chairs) are hitting the low hanging trees. Please inspect and refer as needed.

Resident called to report standing water in gutter at the end of his driveway, he would like to know how to get that water to flow to the nearest stormwater catch basin to the northeast.

On commercial dumpsters in alley behind Princess Martha hotel and City Hall.

Caller to Transportation Dept reported a tree overhanging the roadway that is very low and may need to be trimmed.

Multiple lights along Paseo del Rio NE are non-functioning.

Opening on right side of storm drain - reported previously, and a crew added some fill material, however that has since washed out. A more permanent repair is requested.

Resident emailed: "There was a change made by the City Water Department to the drainage System on 10th Street and 27th Ave South within the last year or so. Since those changes were made the drainage system in that area, we now have a back-up of water on 28th Ave So.from 10th Street to 12th Street So."

Previous report of depression at this location was determined to be a sanitary sewer line cave in - repairs were completed and work order closed by Wastewater Department on 2/3/2015. Resident states that depression has returned - entering new work order for inspection of location.

Original post 11/2014: "I see vehicles turning left onto 1st Ave S from MLK and using the very well signed bike lane. I don't think that signage is the primary issue. I do think that something more prominent should be put into the median that drivers are trying to stay to the right of. In the last 10 minutes, I have seen 5 vehicles turn into the bike lane."

Original post 11/2014: "Bridge damage. There is severe spalling of the concrete under the middle span of the 40th Ave bridge. Concrete is falling off and a lot of rebar is exposed in several areas. Cracking is severe."

Resident called to report pothole in alley (behind adjacent property at 1042 9th Ave S)

From Capital Improvements: received call from citizen reporting multiple potholes at intersection of 4th St S and 39th Ave S.

Duplicate of report made in Dec 2014: "The large sea grape tree or whatever it is still blocks the view of the road. The small bushed are not the problem. Please trim or remove the tree immediately. Someone is going to get hurt at this intersection due to limited visibility. Thank you for your prompt attention."

Caller to Parks stated City removed one palm tree but left two stumps, he would like those to be removed, as well.

Resident called about a tree she thinks is dead and partially on City Property.

Resident called about a tree on his property that he says has been spray painted for removal - Parks staff believe this tree to be on private property, however.
