Description
Previous report of depression at this location was determined to be a sanitary sewer line cave in - repairs were completed and work order closed by Wastewater Department on 2/3/2015. Resident states that depression has returned - entering new work order for inspection of location.

This issue has not been dealt with. It has been an issue for over 6 months. The baricade and pole have both now sunk into the hole.
