Report that the flashing crosswalk sign is either on permanently or on throughout the night

Illegal Dumping of Couch at End of Peach/Back to Liam when report is closed.

Review red curb painting around Encinal median and dedide whether to freshen up. Please let me know the decision and plan as I'll report back to Lil.

The tree in question is on San Jose between Regent and Park Ave (north side of the street). It has significantly raised the sidewalk causing shifts along the sideway and driveway west of the tree and adjacent older repairs (see photos)

overgrown shrubbery in the already narrow parking lot across the street from Kaiser, next to the 88 Club sports bar on Central.

Schedule the following locations for tree pruning in December 2015.
These streets will be resurfaced in 2016 and tree branches will need to provide enough clearance for the equipment so that trees do not get damaged.

1) Sherman St from Dayton Ave to Lagoon
2) Bay St from Central Ave to Lagoon
3) St. Charles St from Central Ave to Lagoon
4) Pacific Ave from Main St to Fourth St
5) Otis Drive from Park St to Broadway
6) Broadway from Otis Drive to Shoreline Drive
7) Park St from Otis Drive to Shoreline Drive
8) Portions of Marina Village Parkway
