Kenwood Village Inn has tons of items dumped in the ally. It's the worse I've seen it. It has been reported many time but has yet to be cleaned up or anyone citied.

Side wall was just repaired and poured this year after over a year of waiting for the city to fix. Now Domain Homes is building a new house on the lot and recent had a centenar truck on the side walk and cracked and broke of large chucks of the side walk. This is very frustrating of the carelessness of a home builder.

Dumpster container is broken and garbage is falling out of large hole. Needs to be replaced

On 9th ave north and 28th street going east on 9th ave n., the left most traffic light seems to not have the red light working as it never lights up.

Some company or the city a couple of months ago put in a gas line in the neighborhood and removed some sidewalks. It’s now been at least 5 months since that work was completed and they have yet to replace the sidewalk they removed.

Street light out on the corner of 8th Ave N and 30th Street N.

In the ally behind the Kenwood Inn on 7th Ave N and 34th street there is an open cable/electrical box. No cover, could be a danger to children in the area.
