This tree has been reported multiple times and no action has been taken. The tree is clearly dead, bark and branches are falling off and it poses a hazard on a very busy circle of Monument Avenue.
The city needs to remove this tree immediately to avoid serious injury to a person or costly property damage.

499 Stuart Circle Richmond, Virginia - The FanThis lamp post outside of the One Monument Avenue building has been flickering for awhile. Last night during the rain when water infiltrated the fixtures the lamp started sparking internally and smoke could be smelled. Please have someone examine this unit for repair of the issue and replacement of the lamp.
