Suggestion to remove Parking enforcement/abandoned vehicle. All we get automated responds to call police non emergency 973-321-1111. In most cases it does not work. Nothing gets done. Thought city officials want Paterson residents to work with city employees. Guess not.

"The vehicle is on private property. DPW has been there and placed a tow sticker on the boat. The law requires 48 hours notice to the owner. After the required time DPW will be responsible for removing the vehicle. This is not a police issue." It is on City street not private property. That sticker was on June 26 2020 and what is today's date July 1. way past your stating 48 hours. Go and research what is city street and what is private property in this location.

This might be new home owners and don't know but they have cut shrubs placed in plastic bags at the curb. This is also a Friday and this will probably sit all weekend at the curb.
Can't call DPW they don't answer their phone.
