2850 E. 16th St.: NE corner of 29th Ave. & 16th St. overgrowth all around property trash in 12"-18" high grass along sidewalk; overgrowth, rotting citrus fruit, debris, inside property fencing and growing outside and all around perimeter; unused exercise machine in front yard x 1 yr. "Inadequately maintained" is an understatement Owner blames others fir dilapidated appearance & garbage, yet fails to initiate change. .,

1546 29th Ave.- photos are on E. 16th St., looking East, from corner of 29th Ave.: property owner does little upkeep (see 2nd photo); trash frequently strewn in grass, overgrown yard debris. Property is "Inadequately Maintained" and all the constant dumping w/lack of clean up makes it look like garbage.

2920 E. 16th St.: Dirty bronze Buick CA Lic#: 5DGF520 blocking sidewalk this residence DAILY uses sidewalk as parking space. -
Amazing hat SCF has multiple reports for same issue, yet Oakland Parking Patrol does nothing (enforcement )around this address nor 2 block radiu. I counted 10 cars illegally parked on and blocking the sidewalk, or parked AT & blocking the curb cuts in ONE block. One. Come on. It's against the law, block right-if-way: forces peds. to walk in the street - risky, forces peds into harm's way - and are rarely, if ever cited. Why not? t

Repeat offender: combo: Public & Private: they're consistently dumping on the *fenced-off Sausal Creek area (photo) - when has City of Oakland ever cited them? They're using it for a dump & storage - again, this is a fenced off area for Sausal Creek.
Continued blight: Piles & piles of garbage on porch, along side front dwelling and large black, steel barrel, all in plain sight. Disgusting. )Frequently, there's dog feces ondead grass strip/ sidewal, odd chemicals mixed w/water thattypically puddles on sidewalk.

2880 E. 16th St. Unrelated (?) that Owner had big party last wk, serving/cooking food near location of all this dumped garbage; Sausal Creek area is now filled with similar party garbage. Owner at 2880 E. 16th has trash piled up on front porch (visible from sidewalk & street: "aesthetics"), and all around trash bins adjacent to sidewalk, Violation of 8.24.020, chapter D.1, D.4.

3050 E.16th St.: La Clínica de la Raza - weeds, overgrowth, blighted appearance & all around (opposite side of building filled w/weeds, garbage) on sidewalk.
