CA license 8NNB314, black Chev. Suburban illegal parked on sidewalk for at least 2 months. Has not moved - what's the deal? Multiple cars on this block are parked on sidewalk yet City of Oakl does ZERO enforcement and/or follow up. So, why report probs if the City doesn't do anything? See-Click-Fix becomes a vacuum.
