1524 29th Ave. Blighted property. There is trash piled 6' high; at least 5 cars inside gate, two more illegally parked on sidewalk Blocking pedestrian thruway. This blighted property needs to be condemned. The garbage (see dead washer, piles of trash bags & broken furniture, broken plate glass) has worsened w/o City of Oakland taking initiative Every day this eyesore, blighted property parks a dead car on sidewalk or dumps more trash inside in view.
Cite the owner! Ticket & Tow the illegally parked cars! .

Blight, garbage in front, it's absolutely disgusting piles of hoarded trash; multiple days there's a car parked on sidewalk and/or blocking sidewalk, illegally on front yards/strips (this is a problem ALL along this street). Despite repeated complaints to City of Oakland, no changes/clean-up occur from Owner. I doubt City of Oakland or Oakland Parking patrol has ever bothered to deal w/this.

On 29th Ave. at Int'l Blvd.: Abandoned orange pickup truck x4 days. Flat tire, half-parked in street 1/2 on sidewalk 4 days, including street cleaning day and no tickets. Come on - our taxes pay for this to be dealt with. .

CA 5DGF520: this car has been REPATEDLY reported for illegal parking on sidewalk, let alone blocking through way. I walked into the street w/my dog. Oncoming traffic had to swerve around me. City of Oakland Parking this problem-cars ILLEGALLY Parked on & blocking sidewalks- will give you a pedestrian death in the street or severe pedestrian injury from driver vs. pedestrian collision. Again,this car has been reported multiple x for blocking, Yet, nothing changes .

1540 29th Ave.- BLIGHTED residence: multiple cars, trashy front end, dead vehicle was parked on grass betw. sidewalk & street for ~4 weeks. C'mon City of Oakland: this place is a blighted eyesore; it looks like a Dump.
