    This is CalTrans property and these giraffes have been declared by the city and community leaders to be public art, but they are being destroyed by this homeless encampment. Please, repair this beautiful art exhibit immediately. It is not fair to the rest of the community. This type of art is why we moved to Oakland and now we're watching it be destroyed.
