The alley has not been properly fix. This alley has a lot of traffic since the media on 49th street was closed and people can not make a left into 37th Ave N.

There is furniture and garbage left outside the dumpers in the alley.

This alley was not fix properly.

Over 10 potholes in the alley which has become the main road to enter 37th Ave N coming south.

The alley is full of potholes. This one is deep.

The alley has huge pot holes again. This is an eye sore. Is that alley ever going to be able to be paved? It is used by may due to the new design of the intersection for Publix an no left turn access onto 49th St No from 37th Ave No.

Illegal dumping in the alley

The alleyway behind the businesses on 49th St N between 36th Ave N and 37th Ave N has become the only way for cars to get in onto 37th Ave N, since cars cannot longer make a left turn on 49th St N onto 37th Ave N due to this the amount of traffic has greatly increased. The city had leveled the gravel in the alley, but the road has already been torn up again and I don’t believe it’s even been 3 months. We need the alleyway to either be re graveled more often or the alley needs to be paved so that this doesn’t keep happening. Right now, there are at least 4 bigger holes and many smaller ones in the road and driving on it is very bad. The worst part, since this alley has become a major access to 37th ave North people drive very fast. The amount of dust and danger for residents is greater every day
