    Previously reported. This tree may have been pruned in 2022 but compared to all other like trees on Pacific Ave it is obviously in poor shape & likely dying/dead & has been like this for well over a year. It needs to be assessed for rehabilitation or removed & replaced with a like/similar tree. Just watering it won't do anything for it.

    Since the street in front of my house was repaved in 2018 (i believe) we have a problem with water accumulation @ the curb during heavy rainfall. This was not a problem in years past but only since the repaving. Because the storm sewers are on the OTHER SIDE of the street the water has no place to go but just sits there which makes accessing my car @ the curb difficult as there is a 2-3 ft wide puddle i find difficult to jump over (i'm 70 y.o.) Otherwise i have to wade thru it so my shoes & socks get soaked. It also leads to a lot of leaves & other detritus accumulating at the curb as well.
