Description

Since the street in front of my house was repaved in 2018 (i believe) we have a problem with water accumulation @ the curb during heavy rainfall. This was not a problem in years past but only since the repaving. Because the storm sewers are on the OTHER SIDE of the street the water has no place to go but just sits there which makes accessing my car @ the curb difficult as there is a 2-3 ft wide puddle i find difficult to jump over (i'm 70 y.o.) Otherwise i have to wade thru it so my shoes & socks get soaked. It also leads to a lot of leaves & other detritus accumulating at the curb as well.
