I refuse to stay here with children. Nycha has caused three seroous injuries to family.

Rather be homeless again.

In a shelter than here.

While getting food from cabinet roaches was in pile, and drop onto face causing me to panic, and injure thumb, wrist, and shoulder. 

Torn ligaments, and been through lots of x rays, two casts, lots of pain medications, orthopedic appointments.

I refuse to suffer any more.

        Need better housing.
The not proper extermination is causing more bugs in home. Nycha

i receivef letter from Ms. Rivera whom would love to terminate my lease, because she dont like me for personal reasons. one filing complaints when they screw up my paper work. The rent is being paid by HRA, and im receiving the info that my rent has been paid, and when it was paid. i even know if Nycha has cash the check, and when it was cashed. Once again ive stated I ger two different amounts of rent from different offices. I will cobtact 250 broadway, and deal with them directly. But Ms. Rivera needs to stop threarening me to terminate my lease. she can cause Nycha is wprse than the shelter system. And needs claim against them ASAP. Nycha owes me money back, money. They raise my rent, adding on my daughter, and child, but bever moved my child, and daughter in home nor new apartment, but rause my rent a few hundreds, and have HRA paying for people that did not move in yet. ill file claim. thank you for help assistance no longrr needed. when I first moved into housing my original papers said "I was moving into a four bedroom, and two bathroom, but I did not".
Now I'm being sent letters of moving to a four bedroom, and on waiting list.
I have given annual report to management, but injured my arm keeping roaches off children's food in cabinets. (injury is serious).
15 years now I've been advocating for my self to find the proper help.
I've sent the woman forward emails to help me with my Section 8 I would love to have.
I'm tired of sharing my story living in nasty shelters, and housing causing a family Anxiety, and emotional distress for years, and it's not fair. Reasons my children missed school for years, but I was blamed by cps for educational neglect. I'm tired. my voice is now.

Hello! I don't know why? my location is the wrong address when submitting reports on here, but it's on my reports under info.
First I want to say "Thank you for all the letters, and help this office has done far as Nycha. I did receive a letrer, my annual review papers, and extermination. I'm pleased with the services given so far. Haven't received the 30 tiles from the kitchen leak. Kitchen leak destroyed floor tiles, and roaches coming from floor onto beds.
I'm on my way to give the management office the completed annual review, but school letters I couldn't get, because school was closed for summer. My budget letter for public assistance I will have on thursday. I don't want this to interfere with my annual review I'm giving management today. If someone from this office can please reach out, on my behalf, because I've been having personal problems explaining situations to Harbor management office.
Also if someone here can please help me with contact info to any jobs for teenagers seeking employment.
I have filled out applications with Nycha Reese applications, went into office submitting documents for jobs Nycha claims they can offer, but family applications ignored, due to personal problems with speaking up about the office failure to assist family properly. Ms. Rivera, and Ms. Ferguson needs to grow up, and stop having hate towards mothers that complain about their failure to assist families.

In 2003 my Landlord tried raping me more than eight times infront of my children. I called police, and filed all reports. The last time he tried raping me..."he injured my two children". I called police, but was ignored. I called ambulance whom saw hurt children, and called back police. Reports were done. Police even hid my reports from me when I ask for copies. Said "they had no reports". I did not do nothing wrong. The landlord hurt me, and children. In landlord, and tenanant court the Judge was afraid to allow family back into apartment with the landlord. We found out he was never arrested, because he admitted to paying off police, and getting my Section 8 worker to terminate my Section 8. The detective came to my home, but saw I had children. Ask me to come to precinct, because we needed to talk with landlord. When i got there I cried, and falsely arrested me, because of landlord covering his sexual reports made. He told detectives I called him asking him to stop sexually touching me, so they arrested me on telephone harassment. Judge ordered telephone reports, and found out he lied..."I never called him". I was sent home to my children. Landlord admitted to getting section 8 worker to terminate my Section 8, because I filed sexual harassment reports against him. I written reconciliation letters. Shared my story for years, but no help. Section 8 worker Ms. Bordeaux ..."what ever she did I can't be seen in data any where of having Section 8". Landlord said "he started dating her". This man knew how to be wicked, and cover his reports of sexaul harassment. I've been fighting to get it back section 8, and stable home, but was ignored by more than 500 people I've shared story to. Since 2003 I've been homeless in, and out of Path located in the bronx shelter system with children. Children of nine all failed education due to moving around homeless after what landlord, and section 8 worker caused. Moving around for 15 years. My daughter just turn 16. Never had nice stable home. My nine children was enrolled in school by me, but kept changing boroughs, states, and the system caused family to stay under Acs, cps, supervision for 15 years. Blaming me for edication. I'm not taking the blame for the way the system moved, and failed the family. Cases false petitions, and lies from Cps trying to blame me for "educational neglect"... knowing i was living in shelter system 15 years no help. Everyone knows how Cps is known to file lies. It's easy to blame a parent, and not fix the problem. The worse was when CPS, and shelter system sent family to try Buffalo. They miss treated us out there, and im willing to share the corruption. Once again the family was under very corrupted people, and cps workers. All this has caused me pain, suffering, and anxiety. Where was my help. I'm born here, and so are children. I feel for fifteen years we had nothing, no one. All the people in office I went to, but no one listened nor help. My story grew, and grew. it didn't have to if people did the right thing, and help. I finally got the help when I reached out to Rafael Salamanca office in the bronx. someone contacted the nycha, and here I am in nycha. The children graduate this year, and I'm doing great with school. Cps has been still involved, but never helped get stable. Yes! staten island was my dream come true. Very helpful results since I've gotten out of shelter. I'm asking if this office can please get me back my Section 8. My dream come true. I'm worried nycha will fail me again. Children, and I are being bitten by roaches, and bugs. No screens to windows, and the apartments metal walls sweat, leak, and damage tiles. I don't want to become homeless again.
