Hello! I've reached out to this office here in Staten Island. Im satisfied with the letter written from this office in hopes of family getting the proper help needed with Nycha. I downloaded the app in hope of better, and faster communication for help through this office. Hopefully I can move into a cleaner, safer apartment after your written letter. I tried doing the annual report on the given website from management, but I was given wrong log in info by Ms. Ferguson. once again it will look as if I'm violating rules, and regulations when I'm not given proper paperwork, information nor where I was suppose to do annual report website. I had to complain to receive the website information. I just received the info even though it's the wrong info. I was never told about an annual report nor given papers, website nothing on where to do this report. Reasons ive never done one. I'm tired of being failed by the system. I never did a report, because management never told me about it until I took a threatening letter I received from Nycha threatening to terminate my lease for no annual report and rent delinquency which my rent amounts are never correct of what I needs to pay. investigate my letters and compare it to what's really owed in the computer system. it doesn't match, but I'm receiving all kinds of letter with no knowledge of what's going on, because I came out of shelter. I'm being failed by the system. Please advocate on my behalf in getting the proper log in info so I can do this annual report without threats from Nycha to terminate my lease when Ms. Rivera, and Ms. Ferguson is failing this family here at management.
