    This might be a county of even a state issue... if so, can you please forward?

    The streetlights along 4th St between 30th Ave and approximately 48th Ave have been out for several weeks now.

    Very dark along this stretch, especial at the busy intersection of 38th Ave.

    Are the smaller street lamps (pictured) the city's responsibility or Duke Energy? These smaller lights do not show up on Duke's website for street light repair.

    There are quite a few lights like this one along 26th Ave S that are out. At some intersections, these are the only lights there (no standard overhead lights). It would be nice to see these repaired, or better yet upgraded to LED.

    Whole set of street lights out in the area of 4th St N and Gandy. Have been out since Thursday 01/31.

    I'm sure this probably falls under the state jurisdiction, but if you could please pass it along that would be great. This is not an ideal area to be completely dark at night.

    There has been standing water on the north side of 26th Ave for many weeks now... much worse after it rains, but even when it doesn't rain after several days there is still water in the street. Please note the marker is in the approximate vicinity, but I'm sure they will see it when they get there.

    Hello,

    At this intersection, a left turn arrow for northbound traffic on 4th turning left to 94th was recently installed. A nice update, and has made traffic here better. However, I noticed this morning that the pedestrian signals on the west side of the intersection still change to "Walk" even though the left turn arrow has activated. I was unable to grab my phone quick enough to get a photo (plus I was driving)... however I have attached a Google StreetView photo with some captions to help you understand the issue. This needs to be corrected ASAP or I could see a lawsuit or something due to the malfunction of the signals!

    9889-9899 4th Street North Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
    There needs to be a no U-Turn sign at this intersection... southbound 4th at 99th Ave N. Just about daily I see someone attempting to make a U-Turn to back Northbound on 4th St. There is no southbound turn lane so they end up blocking the left hand traffic lane while waiting. I have seen this numerous times especially during evening rush hour and creates a very dangerous situation.

    8300 4th St N Saint Petersburg, Florida - St. Petersburg
    The stop light at 83rd & 4th St... for traffic turning from 4th to either west or eastbound 83rd, you will only get a green arrow for maybe 3 to 4 seconds tops. No matter what time of day this is. This is really troublesome especially during evening rush hour. There will be a line of cars heading north on 4th trying to turn west onto 83rd. The green arrow will only allow 3 maybe 4 cars through before changing (and there will be many more in the turn lane). Southbound traffic on 4th is very heavy during evening rush, so it is very hard for anybody to turn without the arrow. Traffic in the turn lane will sometimes que into the main driving lanes and cause further backups on 4th St.
