People charging for parking in a no parking zone No permit City property

The speeding on University Avenue between 22nd St and 34th Ave is endemic and ridiculously dangerous I own a LIDAR unit for baseball/softball. I routinely clock 55-75 MPH traffic speeds in a 35 MPH zone Please have more traffic enforcement than one day a month or one week a year in this area. Large population of scooter riders and folks crossing University Ave to get to campus or 2nd Ave are in mortal danger For the love of God, do something about it, please!

City drain on SW corner of 24th and University has been completely occluded with leaves for at least two years. Our yard is eroding and the basement is periodically flooding. I’ve submitted this request multiple times. Please advise.
