This area was cleared of brush by the city of Portland last year. Still needs barricade that says no dumping. Area is always used as a jumping place for lawn debris and peoples trash.

The whole neighborhood is out. It’s absolutely bliss. I’m sure you’re upgrading the system. Please don’t. The lights are way too bright and broad in range. Prefer the other ones. Now we have tons of nighttime light pollution. I don’t get how these prevent sky light pollution. Can barely see any of the stars anymore with them.

Hi it’s me again. This is how disgusting this area gets when there’s no cleaning up and signs put out for no dumping. Somebody just dumped all their dinner over here. This is new in the past couple days.

I haven’t heard anything back from the city about this. The no dumping sign is too high and gets hidden by the trees during spring summer and fall. People still keep dumping. Hoping lower signs can be made for this area and where the brushes cut back.

Hi, this was requested several times this year. Jeff of Forestry knows about it. This tree was cut down by the city during a snowstorm 2 to 3 years ago. Jeff had said he would get someone around this year to clean up the debris. Also debris around trees. It’s now almost a point of snowfall. Was hoping it could be done before snowfall.

Hi, this is part of a multi step request. On 52 Hicks St. there is an area of trees and meadow that is frequently dumped on. Several years ago the city responded to my request to put a no dumping sign up. However it’s too high up. Even when the trees weren’t obscuring it, people were still dumping.

Request a little buffer be put in where the meadow has been cut back recently by the city and also where the debris still needs to be removed by city forestry. There is such a buffer that is at the end of Vermont Street.

The buffer with a no dumping sign on it could be place now where the meadow is. It’s been cut back. But we need to wait for area under trees till forestry gets to taking out all the tree debris under the trees.

Thank you for removing the brush. However forestry still needs to come and remove all the debris under the trees. Including a tree they cut back that had fallen in road during storm several years ago and just left on side.

I was told this division of forestry works with debris under the trees. no option for Forestry on the app. Jeff was involved with this from forestry. Sent Mark out from forestry. Just want to make sure this will be done before snowfall.

Also, low buffer signs needed to say no dumping. Litter in that area just gets to be ridiculous.

New LED lights good idea, HORRIBLE outcome. Houses, neighborhoods FLOODED with light at night. Way too much. No sense of the night. Health issues. Need to replace shades. Would never want to buy property with light that intense. Actually thought of moving to the country!

Area on Hicks Street always dumping ground. People's yard waste to garbage. Between house 52 and 78. In overgrown area. Please put up "no dumping " signs like was done at end of Vermont St.

I wouldn't mind helping to clean it up, but people keep dumping
