It's covered with dust but has a locking bar on the steering wheel.

The concrete is becoming increasingly marred and getting chipped by skateboarders. I talked to one of the skateboarders as I saw him waxing up the concrete and asked him not to skate on this concrete wall-- as it was damaging it and making it look awful, but it has only gotten worse.

Do not know if concrete is damaged. There were several sheets of paper partially burned scattered around in the adjacent native plant bed. This occurred last night. Please clean up ashes etc. I have alerted OPD to try to watch for activity in the evenings as this is a serious fire danger.
