Location is on Valle Vista Ave just above Elwood on the east side of the street, across the street from 483 Valle Vista. Weeds are growing up all around it in the street cracks. It's covered with dust but has a locking bar on the steering wheel.

    Please clean and install anti-skateboard barriers to low curved wall at Splash Pad to prevent further damage. The concrete is becoming increasingly marred and getting chipped by skateboarders. I talked to one of the skateboarders as I saw him waxing up the concrete and asked him not to skate on this concrete wall-- as it was damaging it and making it look awful, but it has only gotten worse.

    Someone has had a campfire on the concrete in the Park and left behind a pile of ashes/charcoal. Do not know if concrete is damaged. There were several sheets of paper partially burned scattered around in the adjacent native plant bed. This occurred last night. Please clean up ashes etc. I have alerted OPD to try to watch for activity in the evenings as this is a serious fire danger.

    There are two trees planted right at the southwest corner of Valle Vista And Elwood. Both have grown so thick that its impossible to see up Elwood while stopped at the stop sign on Valle Vista(from Santa Clare Ave. Very dangerous condition there as drivers come fast down Elwood.
