    Traffic Light Malfunction
    When stopped at the light when there are no vehicles turning left in the opposing direction the light fails to release the non-turning vehicles along with the left turners. These are supposed to be smart lights but they seem to be in a default mode and not detecting empty left turn lanes.

    Garbage black dumpster in the alley behind this address has been vandalized with graffiti in white spray paint.
    I have the vandals on video but the police will do nothing and say it's a sanitation department problem. Please clean or paint over.

    Two huge, nuisance, invasive specie, Australian Pines which are primarily rooted on City property, are a hazard to life, property, and electrical service, sewer and storm water drains, and encroaching on the alley Right of Way. Please have these trees and the many suckers taking root around them removed as soon as possible before the area is threatened with a hurricane.

    Someone drove into the Crime Watch sign and just sheared it right off. The sign was located on the West side of 47th Street off 5th Ave South.. The sign and post are laying there on the side of the right of way.

    Garbage truck came through here so fast and dumped the containers so quickly that half the garbage remained in the container and the rest of it got tossed to the ground all over the place. then he bounced the container down so fast the covers were left open. There is no way he could not have seen the mess he was leaving behind. Maybe this driver needs to be replaced if he can't take the time to do the job right or clean up the messes he makes.

    Australian pine trees are taking over the yard and alley behind this address. It has been an ongoing problem and the suckers that keep sprouting up are encroaching on the alley right of way. Australian Pines are a nuisance tree and the main trunk of this tree is dangerously tall. It should be removed.

    Peninsular Seafood has a couple of parking spaces where the building sticks out, that if used, have cars sticking out into the alley. If the gas station next door uses their legitimate parking space then the alley is blocked to traffic. The protruding parking spaces at Peninsular should be removed completely or limited to bikes and motorcycles.

    Alley behind 4711 to 4761 Emerson has become a sandy dust bowl. Was never refinished after sewer and gas line work a while back. Needs resurfacing, smoothing, blading with crushed asphalt/millings.

    Australian pine tree and saplings taking over back yard and alley. This a safety hazard. This pine tree, it's roots, and saplings are a nuisance that are increasingly encroaching on the alley right-of-way and taking over the property owners back yard. If something isn't done the alley will become impassable.

    Not only this address. Several people living on this block are absolute pigs. In spite of all the dumpsters most of their garbage ends up on the ground up and down the alley. I wish the City would put up some cameras so they can identify who is doing this and fine them every time the sanitation department has to come by and clean up the disgusting mess. You might consider it Litter, but to me it's more like illegal dumping. There is even furniture out there.

    This is in regards to 1st Ave North from 16th Street to 34th Street. The entire roadway from 16th to 34th is like driving on an old dirt road. The entire length of this stretch of road is way past due for repaving and an embarrassment when I think of visitor to our city having to drive this horrible stretch of road. I see other roads being repaved that don't even need it. Can we please have this taken care of?

    West bound 22nd Ave N at 34th Street, left turn lanes only get 6 seconds worth of left turn arrows allowing only a few cars to make the left turn. People are have to wait through 3 cycles of the light to make a left turn because you can only turn left on the arrows. Please fix the tie timing on this light
