Australian pine trees are taking over the yard and alley behind this address. It has been an ongoing problem and the suckers that keep sprouting up are encroaching on the alley right of way. Australian Pines are a nuisance tree and the main trunk of this tree is dangerously tall. It should be removed.

The maintenance of trees that are located in the right-of-way is the responsibility of the abutting property owner. To obtain a permit for tree removal, the property owner may contact Zoning at 727-893-7471.
