this wood has been lying here for months and months landscapers came through left it what is the issue

so the landscapers came through cut down a bunch of stuff and didn't clean it up and take it away they need to come back

I already reported this and obviously the issue is still ongoing, still gallons of water being wasted going across the sidewalk and down into the drain. don't close an issue unless it's actually solved somebody needs to stop this
