The south entrance to Parkview estates has gone to crap Totally washboarded and punched out

house next door debris,xmas ornaments,furniture been outside for 2 months please clean up as the neighborhood had a rodent issue,plus it looks very unsightly with the summer coming thanks for your cooperation in this matter many neighbors agree

These two loose pickles have been coming around every other day and looking for cats to fight with. I believe they’re trying to get my cats. Somebody know who these dogs are please can somebody tell the owner to keep them at home. This is Lexington Avenue across from the school Jepson school.

Large pothole on the corner of our property and others in front of the house causing us difficulties getting in and out with our trailers and other vehicles. Please fix
immediately before we have any issues with any of our tires.

There're 2 Units. 4 townhouses in each. One day, I was there to visit someone on a rainy day. The parking lot was flooded(where I circled in yellow)and there is no drainage. So, I had to park on the grass on the other side. Residents would be parked down towards the entrance. There are assigned parking spots. Some residents would be parked in someone else's parking spot.
This has been an ongoing issue for a long time. I don't know if someone there had reported about the issue of flooding in the parking lot. Thanks
