Is tossing plastic bags of fliers on my property considered "essential?" I find the practice annoying at the best of times, and even more so now. Can you cause it to be stopped?

Some one dumped a broken television on our property yesterday, June 7. 64A Tonnele Ave. near sidewalk in front of hedge - a danger to pedestrians.

A cap for a small water/sewer hole in the crosswalk of Tonnele and Pavonia Avenues has been missing for years. I was glad to see that it had recently been replaced. Just days later, it is missing again. This is a danger to pedestrians.
