    The key fab to gain access to our pool in Liberty is broke. Other people are also having this issue so i don't believe its the key fab.

    In the Whittington subdivision in Alpharetta, GA there are large communal postal boxes where individuals get their mail. There are lockable compartments along the bottom of these postal stations where a user can receive packages. The postman places the the package in the compartment and locks it, and the key to the box is placed in the user's regular mail slot. However many of these package boxes locks are damaged. The keys have been broken off inside the lock, rendering the box unusable. In the postal station near me, 4 of the 8 boxes are non-operable thanks to these broken locks. Seems like these locks and keys should be repaired/replaced so that they are all usable again. The boxes with damage are the ones near the pool by Melilot Lane. The other boxes on the property should probably be checked as well. Thank you.

    I know that we recently changed lawn services. I was home today and noticed that the lawn service was in the neighborhood for over 4 hours, but did not set foot in my back yard. I do have a gate, but the previous lawn services would come into the gate to take care of the backyard.... should I be leaving the gate open or can they me notified to please service backyard?

    I have squirrels coming into my attic at 595 Cooper St and my neighbor's attic at 597 Cooper St. We share the same roof and attic space. I had Active Pest Control come out to assess the situation today and they have provided me with a quote. The squirrels are coming in from the outdoors thru the gable vents and soffit returns. Will the Ware Estates HOA reimburse me for the repairs to vents and soffits since this is a outside maintenance issue? I can provide you with the assessment and agreement from Active Pest Control.     Mailbox damaged. A drunk driver destroyed my neighbors and I mailbox. This is ridiculous I always have to fix my mailbox. Is it anyway that we can turn the mailbox the other way.

    I have been fined for a bush that is not on my property. The owner previous to the one living in the home used to maintain the bush i was fined for. The house was recently bought and I think the new owner is not aware that the bush is part of his property. in the lawn is a marking showing that the neighbor owns that bush.     Wanted to let you know that Advanced Disposal has not served our =
    community this week (Enclave section). Our normal pickup is Wednesday. =
    Their response when I inquired is that they could not reach us due to =
    the street conditions. Maybe Tuesday morning, but Wednesday and =
    Thursday our streets were completely clear accept for a few small =
    patches. I have been out with no difficulty multiple times all week =
    long and yesterday, one of their can delivery trucks was in the =
    neighborhood delivering and picking up cans. They even came by my =
    residence by mistake. At this point, they do not plan to serve this =
    section at all this week and will start service back on next Wednesday. =
    I do not find this acceptable. My can is already filled to capacity and =
    at the street side. I do not intend to bring smelly trash back into my =
    garage. The same holds true for all the homes on the cut de sac. I =
    hope that this level of service can be improved because it is totally =
    unacceptable to me.

    Road parking continues to be an issue with repeat offenders who just do not seem t care about the community rules. I am in STRONG favor of parking enforcement and would like the Board to act on parking enforcement by reseach of a towing company, proper notice to the residents, proper warning to violators and then swift enforcement with reports of violations (Tow count) to the association members to show the association is working for them and to act as a deterrence to future violators.

    Please research and report on the Bond issue affecting the final topping of the neighborhood roads. The builder is in final stages of build out and it remains unclear who will be responsible for road completion. It should not be left to the homeowners association. Please consult current board members and the transition or handover members quickly so legal options may be explored to insure things were done appropriately and timely. This is an expensive issue that needs proper research and guidance from the management company. Thank you for your help on this issue. I would appreciate your bringing this to the entire boards attention as board contact information has not yet been disseminated or posted on your contact page of the community website.
