    Hi HMS,

    This is the third time I have this issue where I come home and I find a huge dog pooped in the front of my property.

    This is very irritating as we pick up after our little dog and we have seen other neighbors walking their dogs without a leash and allowing them to poop anywhere without picking after.

    I have included a picture of the findings.

    Trees in back are overgrown and dangerous. They are a life safety issue and need to be removed. We have had trees fall last night during the storm, muktiplemfell and damaged the deck. The largest tree has a large crack in it and will fall soon if not taken down. It is very dangerous and can cause serious injury if not removed asap.

    I left a message this morning and briefly spoke oath someone who told me to send an email.

    There is a big tree in front of my house which is infected by thousands of wired black looking caterpillars and my entire drive way is full of their poop and eggs. One fell in my sons tshirt yesterday and he got sevear itching and rashes. My entire drive way is green and we keep cleaning it up daily. Leaves are being eaten up.

    Please send someone or cut the tree down, this will eat up my house.

    The grass has only been mowed once this summer and is about knee height is some areas. The shrubs are also over grown. If you drove by on a weekend you would think it is in foreclosure

    There are 3 brick walls at the intersection of Cashel and Carrick. Several stones have fallen out and there are wasps inside the hole. Need to kill wasps and replace the stone that is sitting on sidewalk in front of wall.

    We noticed that our sprinklers have stayed up and were continuously spraying water as of 8/8/17. My husband manually turned off each sprinkler head but we will need a professional to come out and troubleshoot. Since landscaping is managed by the HOA, we're uncertain as to whether or not our irrigation system is maintained by the HOA or if we need to contact a landscaper / plumber independently.

    The outdoor fan is sitting idly outside of my unit and the fan is not spinning. It's pretty crazy hot out right now, and I suspect it had something to do with the caution tape put up around the pole outside of my house a few days ago. Can I please get help figuring this out?

    There is a loose trim on the front facing of my home. I reported at least twice before and it keeps coming loose. I don't believe that nailing the board down is working. The board should just be replaced. The right window frame on the front of the house is also loose. It is the bottom right. I am afraid that the rain would rot the wood and leak into the house.     I would like to lodge a complaint to the association. People keep placing their garbage bins against my town home, on the side of the building. This has led to a rat/mice issue that is now affecting my town home. They are now in the backyard, see attached picture. This is not the first time we complained to the neighbors to take care of their trash bins. Please do something about this, it's disgusting and has to stop. Take your bins to your respective homes!

    I wanted to point out that I've noticed water on the road near the corner of Seaward View & Sunfish Bend. It's there daily as I walk the neighborhood nearly every day.

    I'm concerned that the water may be coming from a broken pipe. There is a larger tree on the corner and I've experienced issues w/ roots in the past.

    I wanted to bring it to your attention because if there is a leak, it could possibly cause a sink hole if not addresses.
