    The alley between 11th St N. and 10th St N., south of 30th Ave is in desperate need of repaving. It looks like the roadworks on the adjacent portion of 30th ave are close to being complete and paving will commence soon, this will be a good time to address the alley while the paver crew is in close proximity.

    Requesting that the alley between 11th St N. and 10th St. N south of 30th Ave N. be paved. The alley surface, currently dirt and gravel, is in poor shape and washes away with rainfall leaving uneven surfaces and potholes, in particular at the north entry way at 30th Ave N. Three additional homes have been built on 11th St. N, over the past couple of years adding to the alley traffic and increasing the need for the alley to be paved.
