Description

The alley between 11th St N. and 10th St N., south of 30th Ave is in desperate need of repaving. The alley surface is in extremely poor condition, recent attempts to address potholes and uneven surfaces were handled by filling them with gravel. This is a asphalt paved alley that needs to be repaved. It looks like the roadworks on the adjacent portion of 30th ave are close to being complete and paving will commence soon, this will be a good time to address the alley while the paver crew is in close proximity.
