    Multiple large branches have been down from these pine trees since the ice storm a few months ago.

    Multiple stop signs have been knocked down or are missing at the intersection just inside the parking lot. I don't know if this is a city issue or not, but cars exiting the lot do not know they need to stop or yield to cars turning in from Centre Park Dr.
