This morning I rode my bicycle in the dark again (due to shorter days) and noticed that there are no lights anymore. It felt dangerous as I could not see the street condition. There are so many unsafe street conditions in Oakland for bicyclist, at least give us a chance to dodge them. Furthermore, because of all the homeless camps under this overpass I did not feel safe at all. Please fix asap.
