I'm Greg Newman, and live at 2230 4th Ave N, St Petersburg, FL, 33713. A tree on the property of 2225 3rd Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33713 close to the alley does not appear healthy and has a split starting to form. The tree is intertwined with power and other wires. The tree is very close to a transformer, buildings and fences. I notified Duke Energy. A representative surveyed the tree and wires and indicated that the situation does not meet their trimming guidelines. While the situation does not meet their guidelines, it's clear that the tree or significant tree limbs are at very good risk of falling not only on powerlines but on BUILDINGS, FENCES and frequently parked CARS. The landlord of the property is:

    ROBERT CLAY
    750 4TH AVE S
    506B
    ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33701

Since the landlord has not responded to a previous sent letter, I'm requesting that the proper authorities contact the landlord and require that proper trimming occur to avoid personal injury and property damage.

I'm Greg Newman, and live at 2230 4th Ave N, St Petersburg, FL, 33713. The tenants and yard service people of 2225 3rd Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33713 continue to illegally dump yard and other wastes on the rear of my property. The owner of the property is

    ROBERT CLAY
    750 4TH AVE S
    506B
    ST. PETERSBURG, FL 33701

I have written a letter to the owner and have had several conversations with the tenants about not dumping debris on my property. However, this continues to be a problem.

I am requesting that the proper authorities address the illegal actions with the owner and/or tenants.

This is a follow up to report ID 13751780. Sanitation Inspector 1 indicated that "This issue has been resolved". Unfortunately, the debris remains on my property and the people who dumped the debris were not held accountable. I live at 2230 4th Ave N and the tenants and homeowners who live across the alley have in the past and continue to dump debris no my property. If by chance the current debris is on a pick up list, I'd appreciate knowing. If the debris is not on a pick up list, may I use this venue to add it? Also, I'd appreciate knowing how to hold accountable those who dump debris on others' properties.

I'm resubmitting this request since it was just declined saying that I submitted the request anonymously. I'm Greg Newman, 2230 4th Ave N, St. Petersburg, FL 33713.

Routinely, there are two cars parked within the alleyway behind my house. According to the city's code of ordinances parking within the alley way is not permitted.

See: Sec. 26-137. - Stopping, standing or parking in alleys.
(a)No person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle within an alley except a commercial vehicle and then only for the expeditious loading or unloading of materials; however, nothing in this subsection shall prevent the temporary stopping of a passenger vehicle for the purpose of and while actually engaged in picking up and discharging passengers.(b)No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle within an alley in such a position as to block the driveway or entrance to any abutting property.

I notified see click fix about the infractions. See click fixed referred me to the police. I notified the non emergency police line. The police were not aware of the code but did indicate they would investigate. It appears that nothing was resolved. See the attached photo.

Parking within the alleyway causes a number of concerns for emergency vehicles, for trash trucks, and for normal passage. On many occasions the trash truck was delayed and honked to have the cars moved.

For me, it means cars and trucks avoid the parked cars and thus encroach on my property. And heavy trucks traveling over my garage's concrete apron are damaging it. Often, I need to make a 5 point turn to exit my garage.

I am requesting that code enforcement notify the car owners of the code and enforce it. If see click fix or the police are not the correct avenue to make this request, please let me know what is.

I received parking violation 101183465. This is an overtime parking violation.

However, a white jeep in the attached photo has been parked at Demens Landing Park since January 2020 in a 3 hour parking spot without receiving a parking ticket or being towed.

However, St Petersburg fire trucks and EMS vehicles would routinely parking in front of cross walks, across parking spot lanes, and in front of fire hydrants while the drivers would get coffee at Brew d Licious at 667 Central Ave.

I am requesting restitution. I am asking:
    * that my parking violation be revoked
    * that the $25 fee returned to me
    * that the white jeep parked at Demens Landing be ticketed
    * that fire/ems vehicles be required to follow safe parking rules while getting coffee

The 300 gallon trash bin located on the west side of my property has become an obstacle to getting in/out of my garage. Two neighbors behind my house routinely park in the alleyway across from the garage only adding to problems of garage egress. I'm asking the city representatives to take a look at the situation to determine if the trash bin could be moved to the east side of my property and/or instruct the neighbors to park out side the perimeter of the alleyway.

A car with Georgia license plates is parked on my property in the alleyway. At first it was both on the property and within the power line polls of the alleyway. Now it is encroaching on the egress to my garage. My fear is that this will continue.

It's 3:00 AM and there is a prop plane that's been flying overhead for a good 20 minutes. It's waking up lots of St Pete residents with its engine noise. I'm requesting that the city officers enforce applicable noise ordinances, if in existence. If not in existence, create and enforce them.
