Description

The 300 gallon trash bin located on the west side of my property has become an obstacle to getting in/out of my garage. Two neighbors behind my house routinely park in the alleyway across from the garage only adding to problems of garage egress. I'm asking the city representatives to take a look at the situation to determine if the trash bin could be moved to the east side of my property and/or instruct the neighbors to park out side the perimeter of the alleyway.
