Along the south side of Cartwright Rd, between Murphy Rd and FM 2234, there are at least 12 trees covering major power lines. Please arrange trimming branches prior to hurricane season.

Leaves and dirt accumulated in street along curb interfers with good street drainage. Perhaps homeowners do not know it is the responsibility of homeowners to keep this area clear.

There are a number of trees on both East Pebble Beach and West Pebble Beach that have branches overhanging the streets and lower than the limit allows. Tall vehicles hit the branches, damaging the vehicles and sometimes cause branches to fall.
