Does not look like any action has been taken thusfar except for one homeowner on W. Pebble Beach. The branches keep getting lower and lower, particularly on W. Pebble Beach.

Is there a reason that it's taking so long to remedy this? If you drive down W. Pebble Beach, you can't miss the 3 houses that have tree limbs much too low over the street.
