Caller wanted to report a pothole that is about 2ft wide and 4 inches deep. Caller states that it is on Harrison, turning onto 5th.

Caller advised a silver Chevy 4D vehicle is parked on her street for 3 weeks and not moved. Caller advised the vehicle is parked in front of the second house east of N Grande. Caller advised rear window busted out.

Phil from Tucson Water called in an Emergency Bluestake at 3218 N Cherry Av. There is a water leak on the Northeast corner of the building. Desk spoke to the on-call 520-837-6576 and provided him with David's phone number who is on site.

The vehicle has been parked on the Southeast quad for 4 days. The passenger side window was either broken out in the past or it is rolled all the way down because it is completely open. The right rear tire is flat and the front tire is thin. There are construction work debris in the bed of the truck such as sheetrock and hard hats that workers use. Caller has seen homeless people rummaging through the vehicle in the past.

Caller advised trees in the median were damaged by MVA and were lying in the median.

Caller advised one way only signed damaged due to MVA. Sign was located in the median at the intersection.

Caller advised in the alleyway south of E 31st and E/W of Van Buren the grass is overgrown and she believes dead and creating a fire hazard.

HIT POTHOLE - SECOND LANE - DMG TO TIRE

Caller advised the pothole in front of the address had been repaired but when garbage picked up this week the large truck squeezed out the asphalt and left a large pothole 3X2X5"

West of Winstel and in the westbound lanes. Caller is saying it is one lane and one pothole.
