    In the alley is needed. My alley neighbor (2030 Race) has a shed that harbors a ton of rats. He suffers from ptsd & is difficult to communicate with (but he's very nice). Also, they are tearing up the street at about 2010-2020 Ohio for sewer work and a ton more rats (I saw at least 10 last night in the alley). Please bomb/bait the entire alley.
