Q. What is the actual problem being encountered?
A. There's not a category for this but I need information about what the water department did when they were here in November 11, approximately 8:00am. I have 311 tickets but no visibility to the water departments system nor resolution. I have attempted to call the water dept, 311 and "city services" at 312-754-5000. This information is crucial regarding my case that my bills are 4x higher than any other similar residences. Please help get me to resource that can assist me.
