    Wanted to ask a question about the priority of the street cleaning and the pre-school’s drop off space at this location. The morning drop off times conflict with the every Monday street cleaning window. As it is a pre-school, we are also required to take the kids to the door & sign them in. It seems to me that street cleaning should be rescheduled on this street to avoid the drop off time completely, but I was wondering which had priority in the case of the one specially marked space.

    Just wondering who is responsible for enforcing the "EV clean air" spaces at the In-N-Out / Chase Bank lot. Car next to me is not an EV, but they happily parked in the space & went off to eat at In-n-Out. If nobody enforces these spaces there is not point marking them.

    Car occupying charging space without plugging in. Again. This happens regularly. The signs really need to be changed to make it clear they are for charging only.

    The mouse settings on the computers in the kids area are too sensitive for younger kids to handle.

    They are great for somebody experienced with using a computer & mouse but for somebody just learning it is too difficult.

  • Alameda Library - Alameda

    Very disappointed in the library's policies today that prevented me from picking up a book reserved in my daughter's name unless I had her physical library card. Even though I had her card number and could log into her online account.

    I think the library needs to review its policies in light of the technology it has available to it. In this day and age, we can pay for things, board planes and even open hotel rooms using a phone. No card needed. The library has the technology to allow this too, but a dated policy seems to be making life unnecessarily difficult for patrons.

    Second charger is still down for maintenance. Any idea when this will be back up and running? Even with the two there it was hard to get a charge; with just one working it is almost impossible.

    Somebody has left their personal L2 charger plugged into the only working charger reducing it to only one space there at present. Any chance somebody could get the door unlocked and remove it so others could use it. Thx.

    For the second time recently I have found a non-EV parked in one of the 4 EV charging spaces. Even more annoyingly tonight, it is parked in one of the only 2 that are working.

    We need some kind of enforcement for these spaces as it seems certain people are ignoring the EV restriction.
