Water is spewing from a fire hydrant at the corner of Clarion and Nelson ferry Road

The flashing yellow light at the corner of Scott Blvid and Nelson Ferry Rd isn't flashing on the side that faces westward. This is a safety issue for those crossing Scott Blvd to get to and from Venetian Pool.

There is a part of the fence in the Adair dog park that dogs can easily get under to escape. If someone wasn't paying attention there dog could easily get away and on the loose.
