I filed this back in Nov 2020 and I just called to check to see what the status was on this complaint.
Spoke to Loraine and she said there is no one parked on the front lawn when an inspector goes out, well I will continue to plead my case daily with pictures in order to get this resolved.
Front parking usually 2 cars at a time.
PLEASE HELP we have a great neighborhood until this home was sold. 1026 47 Avenue North

The dumpster lid is torn half way across.
This needs to be replaced.

Cover on large dumpster in alley behind home needs replaced.

This home was sold in July 2018, it is in deplorable condition.
Please help, we should not have to deal with this mess.
The home is not secured, not sure what happened after they started working on this place.

This property is vacant and not being cared for, you can’t even see a sidewalk.
Please help this is an eyesore to our neighborhood.

This property has been sold and the company that has purchased the home has this place a Hugh mess.
I see no permits posted.
There is still furniture that was left by the previous owners out in the yard.
i am sure there are regulations on a property redo, but this place has is a mess .
We should not have to deal with this eyesore as they redo this home.
Please help us clean up this mess.

THIS HOME HAS BEEN UNOCCUPIED FOR SOMETIME NOW THE LAWN HAS NOT BEEN CUT.
WITH OUR MOSQUITO PROBLEM IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD , THIS DOES NOT HELP ANY.
THE GRASS MUST BE 2 FEET TALL.

Parking on front lawn with white car.

Residennt is storing household trash in garabe bags under carport at back door. 20 feet from alley dumpster.

Grass in back yard 18 inches long don't know about front yard home for sale constant issue. Has been reported before.
