City Park Maintenance Archivé601-665 Roser Park Drive South Saint Petersburg, Florida - Historic Roser Park Neighborhood AssociationThe creek in Roser Park is completely filled with debris. In addition to the usual trash bags and diapers, there is now a refrigerator and an adult's bicycle. Can we organize a cleanup? There are otters, turtles and all sorts of birds that live in it and their habitat is atrocious. Plus of course it's an eyesore and a cess pool.
