Resident has discarded tree waste that has been on the curb for 30 days. Now trash and rodents are collecting there.

Multiple brush piles along side of road and curb lines needing pickup in the 2600 and 2700 block of 10TH St N.

Serious trip hazard with multiple broken hex blocks.

Hundreds of broken and cracked hex blocks need to be replaced with new hex blocks.

Roots are pushing multiple sidewalk squares up several inches. Multiple pedestrians have tripped over these.

Front and rear yards have no standing water, bird baths or pet dishes.

The bricks on the street are being pushed up by roots underneath. This is a safety issue for both vehicles and crossing pedestrians.

This tree is at the end of its life and constantly dropping branches in the street and on cars. It also impedes the growth of healthy trees along the curb across the street at 2727 10th St N.

Please remove this tree or give it a serious pruning to prevent so many dead branches dropping onto cars and into the street.

On 3/3/16 at 7:50am, a city vehicle with tag #XD9782 was travelling north on Dr. MLK Jr St N and sped through the yellow light at 34th Avenue North, but immediately was stopped at the red light at 35th Avenue North.
The vehicle then cut across the right lane at the stop light to "fake" a right turn onto 35th Avenue North, but instead continued northbound back onto Dr. MLK Jr St N, effectively running the red light. Later, the vehicle entered the 15mph school zone at 54th Avenue N and raced through it to make a left turn on yellow onto 54th Avenue N and then pulled into the Walgreens.
Nothing about running red lights and speeding through school zones is safe.

This building is an ongoing daily nuisance due to extremely loud HVAC unit on the roof of the building. The sound can be heard from blocks away and disturbs residents in the neighborhood.
