Irrigation control valve box on the swale is full of water and the electronic unit inside of the box was swimming in the water. I removed it from the water.

The city swale that I must maintain along my property was dug up earlier this week by a worker in a truck marked Calvin Giordano (probably spelling this wrong). The dirt was packed back into place but the grass is gone. Please see photo. The location is along hiatus road, east side of roadway, near the Sheridan Street sign at the north end of my property. Please assist with restoring the grass that I am responsible for maintaining on the city swale. Thanks.

Bulk pickup today left my yard gouged. Not a huge hole but needs to have some grass replaced.

Pembroke lakes square sign at corner of hiatus and Pines has been broken for months now. Why has this not been repaired by now?

Global Lawn Care van with roof racks and ladders. Parked in residential neighborhood regularly since at least 5/12.

Commercial vehicle has been parking on private property overnight for months. Roof ladders. A/c repair vehicle.

Car on jack with wheel off, in driveway for weeks already

Dead animal (raccoon?) on hiatus road near drain. East side of roadway. Between 22 Street and Sheridan.

Street light pole has been lying on the swale for weeks. Nw 110 avenue just north of Taft Street.

Electrical wires hang very low over sidewalk on pines Blvd right near City Hall. A tall bicycle rider could reach up and touch the wires. This has been like this for a long while. I'm surprised that with its proximity to City Hall, nobody has ever noticed it before.

Bulk pickup removed tree cuttings from my driveway today and now I see that some of my sidewalk is cracked. It was fine last week when I pressure cleaned or I would have noticed the cracks then. Who will repair the damage?

Abandoned house previously had garage door opening boarded up, now the plywood is half off. Look at report from last November.
