New Cut Rd, south of Hilsborough. Paving contractor disposed of unused asphalt on northbound shoulder of New Cut. Safety and property risk to bicycles and cars, especially at night. Please have contractor remove their waste to avoid citizen losses and county liability risks for lack of contractor oversight.
