Dangerous situation exists at intersection of Springside Avenue and Hard Street. I was almost hit head on tonight by a car speeding down Hard Street the wrong way. Someone is going to get killed. This is about 3rd time I have almost been hit. The same car goes down the wrong way almost every single day. There has to be something done so cars cannot enter Hard Street the wrong way.
