It has been over 3 years now since I have request a new tree be planted in fron t of my home that the snowplow hit and knocked over a few winters back. I have had several people contact me over the years and have indicated that a new tree would be planted. Still nothing. the property is about to change hands and I'd like to know that the new owners will have a new tree.
